The kick-off meeting of the I-GAME: Innovative GAming Methodologies in Education project took place on 30-31 March 2022, with partners from the following organisations: Archon studio, Dracon Rules Design Studio and Asociatia Share Education. Our project provides a series of hands-on experience sessions, at different stages, such as needs analysis, design, creation and implementation of a board game.
The kick-off meeting was an opportunity to identify, explore and share good practice. In addition, it was discussed and decided:
-The way of communication between partners
-The creation of the project website
-The purpose of the project, the objectives, the target groups and the results.
– Accessibility to LTTAs should include disadvantaged people and people from the target groups.
-The supporting documents required for each activity.
-The 4 newsletters that will be produced in total after the 4 training activities by each host organisation.
-The creation of a Facebook page by the partner-Archon, as well as a youtube channel.
-The risk assessment plan, the quantitative and qualitative indicators for the assessment and the questionnaires to be completed by the participants in each meeting and training action.
This first meeting laid a dynamic foundation for the cooperation between the partners while the next transnational project meeting will take place in Romania, in the middle of the project, with Share Education as host partner.
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
